Overlap Section for Double Drive KnivesFor MacDon / CNH Combine Headers – Used on FD / FD1 / D and Case IH 2152 / 2162Austempered sickle sections provide a substantially tougher and longer lasting product. Uniquely heat treated that is through-hardened the entire section – compared to only heat treating the cutting portions on the edges. Austempering results in fewer broken sections and noticeably less wear.
