Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Returned items are subject to handling, restocking and original shipping fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. No returns are accepted without a Return Authorization Number. To receive a return authorization, please contact us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and products documentation that was originally included.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, order invoice, order number or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a reasonable time frame. Refunds typically process within 3-10 business days.
Restocking Fee
Return, handling, restocking and original shipping charges may apply for any refused or returned merchandise as follows:
A restocking fee of 24% will be applied for returns of any item when ToughAg is not at fault or the product being returned is not defective.
A restocking fee will be applied to all refused items.
Return Shipping
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for any reason.
Returning Finance Purchases
For all Timepayment Finance Purchases and Pay-Tomorrow Finance Purchases: Due to the nature of the finance agreement between these finance companies and the customer, our standard return policy does not apply to purchases made using these finance options.
Returns of purchases made through other finance services are subject to the terms and limitations imposed by the finance service.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale and Discounted Items
Generally, only regularly priced items may be refunded. Exclusions may apply to discounted or sale items.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
